2018

Caden does his first photoshoot, marking the beginning to his first business.

2019

Caden joins Team Edge and LemonMade as their Videographer and Production Assistant thereby entering the YouTube space with videos gaining millions of views.

2020

Team Edge promotes Caden to Director of Photography.

Caden films sponsored ads and YouTube videos for Honda Talons, LEGO, Super Mario Brothers.

Caden and his friends launch a coastal clothing company - Seek Supply Co.

2021

Caden is on set working various roles creating music videos for artists like Tommy Clufetos - a drummer for Ozzy Osbourne and Black Sabbath, Lauren Alaina, PJ Morton, BJ The Chicago Kid, Parson James and JoJo.

Airrack hires Caden to film "Overnight in the World's Most Dangerous Bed" gaining millions of views.

Beyond the Board goes on a 2 month tour of the west coast to engage with the longboard communities. Caden is hired to document the journey.

Caden creates more content for SeaDoo, Seek Discomfort, Backfire Boards, LandYacht, and Asics.

Caden moves to North Carolina and begins to dream up multiple hospitality projects.

2022

Beyond the Board goes on its second two month tour, this time visiting 16 states starting in Los Angeles all the way to New York City. Collaborations including Crocs, SeaDoo and Yes Theory.

Caden begins working on value add real estate projects, extending living spaces and updating long term rentals.

The island of St. Martin, a Los Angeles music label, and Caden partner to capture documentary footage of an artists rise in the music industry and her move to the US and performing at the Jingle Ball in NYC.

Seeing an opportunity with experiential hospitality, Caden designs and underwrites a new type of vacation rental experience.

2023

Caden pitches an idea for an interactive themed airbnb - gathered $750k of investor interest in 2 weeks.

Creator Hosts, a vacation rental property management and co-hosting company, launches with its first property in Park City, Utah. A $4.3M luxurious wellness retreat.

Investors encourage Caden to go big and create a portfolio of experiential properties through a real estate fund instead of the original one-off property. 

2024

Caden goes all in on what it takes to launch and manage a real estate fund within one of the most regulated industries. Meeting with industry leaders - learning from their successes and mistakes, gathering data and refining it, eventually creating his hundredth spreadsheet.

With a more established investment policy and strategy Caden brought together a team of experts for each facet and phase of the real estate and fund journey.

The team, strategy, and investment vehicle was soft pitched to investors of every level, and the feedback was clear - there IS a new niech in hospitality, and we are positioned to lead in this category at an institutional level.

Now it's time to create the fund's legal docs.
